The ADVANCE Institute, the CT Caucus, and the vice provost for faculty affairs at the University of Delaware are co-hosting panel discussions on the promotion and tenure process from March 25 through March 27. All three sessions will take place in the Morris Library Class of 1941 room.

•The March 25 session, 2:30-4 p.m., will address promotion on the continuing track.

•The March 26 and 27 sessions, both from 3-4:30 p.m., will discuss promotion on the tenure track.

•The March 26 panel is for assistant professors and will address the overall promotion and tenure process.

•The March 27 panel is for associate professors and will focus on the promotion process to full professor.

All three panels will present a variety of perspectives from current and former members of the University and college promotion and tenure committees and recently promoted colleagues.
