


UD staff performance appraisal forms available Jan. 18

The 2019 performance appraisal forms for University of Delaware staff will be available Jan. 18. The annual appraisal covers the period Feb. 1, 2018 through Jan. 31, 2019.
To assist with performance management, the following employee development courses are available in ConnectingU:
• Management Essentials: Setting Goals and Evaluating Performance
• Management Essentials: Coaching and Managing Workplace Conflict
• Setting Effective Goals
The web-based performance appraisal system allows managers and employees to complete their evaluations and tracks where they are in the system. The system populates the Major Responsibilities and Prior Year Goals sections of the form, as long as an appraisal was completed the prior year.
Supervisors listed on the performance appraisal forms will have access to all of their employees’ appraisals. Other administrative individuals in a department, unit or college who need access to appraisals their area should complete the Access Request: Performance Appraisal System Web Form.
Email notices will be sent to employees with further instructions. Departments may request departmental training by contacting Employee Development & Training.
