UD Police Department coordinates Toys for Tots campaign on campus
The University of Delaware Police Department is coordinating the Toys for Tots Program again this year on campus.
The U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program collects new, unwrapped toys and distributes them as Christmas gifts to needy children in the community.
New, unwrapped toys may be dropped off at the drop-off bins at any one of the following locations:
- UD Police headquarters at 413 Academy St.;
- Bob Carpenter Center, 631 South College Ave.;
- Carpenter Sports Building, 26 North College Ave.;
- Communications and Marketing, 105 East Main St.;
- Environmental Health and Safety, 222 South Chapel St.;
- Fred Rust Ice Arena, 547 South College Ave.;
- Hugh Morris Library, 181 South College Ave.;
- Perkins Student Center, 325 Academy St.;
- Trabant University Center, 17 West Main St.; and
- UD Barnes and Noble Bookstore, 83 East Main St.
Toys may be dropped off now through Dec. 15. The drop-off bin in the lobby at UD Police headquarters is available 24 hours a day.
