Pregnancy Options
If you find out that you are pregnant, there are a variety of options that you can consider:
- Continuing the pregnancy and raising the baby.
- Continuing the pregnancy and placing the baby for adoption.
- Ending the pregnancy by medical or surgical abortion.

While You Decide What to Do
- It is recommended that you start a prenatal vitamin containing 600 micrograms of folic acid to protect against certain birth defects.
- Refrain from drinking alcohol, smoking, vaping, or using drugs. Discuss any over-thecounter or prescription medications with a healthcare provider.
