Frequently Asked Questions

Stellic is available for all actively enrolled University of Delaware students. If you are an active UD student and are experiencing issues logging into Stellic, please contact stellic-info@udel.edu so that UD support staff can further research your situation.

If you are no longer or not yet affiliated as an enrolled student, you will not be able to log into Stellic until you are a matriculated, active UD student.

The Stellic Audit (Progress) shows the requirements needed for graduation. You can also “what if” a major/ minor/ concentration prior to officially declaring the program in UDSIS.

The Stellic Planner is a space to multi-term plan from the degree audit, laying out which courses/requirements will be taken in which semester. You can plan from the official audit requirements or any “what-if” requirements. This Planner view will help you see how changing or adding a program will fit into your overall time at UD. The Planner is a planning tool and not a guarantee of course offerings, availability, or enrollment.

Stellic displays information from UDSIS on a one day delay.  For example, if you change your major today you will see the new major and audit requirements tomorrow.

If you believe there is incorrect information, please connect with your Academic Advisor to discuss the degree audit discrepancy.  If need be, your academic advisor can work with UD’s Registrar’s Office to resolve the discrepancy.

The Stellic Planner is designed to help students with the ability to multi-term plan. The Planner allows you to drag & drop classes from official degree audit requirements into a visual term-by-term layout. The Planner also allows you to What-If to explore different or additional programs at UD.

You can also submit your Plan to an assigned advisor for review although it will vary as to the extent advisors do or do not interface with your Plan. If your advisor marks your Plan as Reviewed, it signifies that they generally agree that your Plan looks like a good approach for mapping out your remaining time at UD but is not a guarantee of course offerings or seat availability.
