Therapy Approach
My theoretical orientation in therapy is person-centered, humanistic and integrative. I utilize strategies from cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic theory and reality-based therapy. Using a strengths perspective and systems approach, I strive to establish rapport with my clients to collaborate on co-constructing and meeting goals. I pair research informed care with empathetic support to create positive outcomes for my clients.
Supervision Approach
My approach in supervision is to offer curiosity and support. I facilitate a process of professional discovery and encourage the development of individual orientation and style. I aim to cultivate a collaborative environment that adheres to ethical and professional excellence in clinical practice.
