We are honoring the Class of 2026 by spotlighting some of the best and brightest graduates from the College of Health Sciences.

While many of our students will go on to further their education with UD CHS and other graduate programs nationwide, many of our graduates are also working in labs, hospitals and industries.

    After Emma Beisheim-Ryan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017, Beisheim-Ryan stayed at UD to pursue a doctorate in biomechanics and movement science (BIOMS). During that time, she worked as an instructor in the UDPT Clinic and with patients in UD's Limb Loss Studies Laboratory — an experience that would reshape her career.
