Registration is open for UD’s Worldwide Wellness Challenge
March 25, 2026
All UD faculty, staff, retirees and household members are invited to participate
Get ready to lace up, log in and explore! Registration is open for UD’s newest wellbeing challenge, Worldwide Wellness, inviting you to take a virtual trip around the globe without ever needing a passport, packing a bag or standing in a long airport line.
How does it work?
Earn points each day by recording:
Physical activity:
- 6,000-7,999 steps = 3 points
- 8,000-9,999 steps = 4 points
- 10,000+ steps = 5 points
Mindfulness Practice: 1 Mindful Moment per day = 1 point.
As you earn points, you’ll reveal a new bucket list world attraction and move yourself and your team of 4-10 people up the leaderboard. Along the way, we’ll highlight the meaningful global impact of UD’s students, faculty and staff on the program’s social wall feed. From Study Abroad programs to on- and off-campus global engagement, you’ll discover some of the many ways Blue Hens are making their mark around the world.
What are the benefits?
Worldwide Wellness uses research findings from the growing field of positive psychology (the study of human flourishing) to create content that fosters a mindset of growth, optimism, hope, resilience, gratitude, self-compassion and more.
Register today! Worldwide Wellness starts on Wednesday, April 1.
