Updated resource: Course Design Tips to Help Decrease Student Stress

CTAL's updated guide to supporting student and faculty stress reduction in the classroom

The COVID-19 pandemic has increased levels of stress that instructors and  students experience.

A new page on the Center for Teaching and Assessment of Learning (CTAL) site presents easy-to-implement strategies that can decrease some of the stress UD students (and faculty) experience related to learning in today’s University classroom during an ongoing pandemic.

As CTAL strives to meet the ever-changing needs of both instructors and students, we’ve formed new partnerships with other units across campus to develop and refine resources such as this one. This resource was created with guidance from the Center for Counseling and Student Development and Employee Health and Wellbeing.

Instructors wishing to discuss this resource and their individual teaching contexts are encouraged to reach out to CTAL at CTAL-info@udel.edu.
