Newark Police investigate report of persons struck by BB gun on East Main Street
Newark Police are investigating the report of individuals being struck by a BB gun on Saturday afternoon, April 16, on East Main Street between South Chapel Street and South College Avenue. No one was injured.
Anyone with additional information on the incident is asked to contact Newark Police at 302-366-7111 or University of Delaware Police at 302-831-UDPD (8373).
Members of the University community are reminded to be vigilant: If you see something, say something. Be aware of your surroundings and use well-lit paths. Travel in groups when possible. Call 911 to report suspicious activity.
