Newark Police charge three teens in April 16 Main Street incidents

Newark Police report that they have charged three teenagers in connection with two incidents of pedestrians being shot with splatter balls on East Main Street on Saturday, April 16.

The suspects – Justin Farrow, 19, and Nasir Hairston, 19, both of Wilmington, Delaware, and Cincere Bowen, 19, of New Castle, Delaware – were each charged with two counts of third degree assault, third degree conspiracy and unlawfully dealing with a dangerous weapon.

All three appeared before Justice of the Peace Court #2 and were released on their own recognizance.
