New virtual benefits, tools and resources available to UD employees

To better address the complex and changing needs of University of Delaware faculty and staff, Working at UD — a collaboration of departments that provide support to University of Delaware employees — has continued to streamline benefits, tools and resources.
• Employee Health and Wellbeing has transformed workplace wellbeing to focus on the virtual workforce and support needs in real time. Check out the lineup of fall programs.
• Talent Development is a great place to start your learning journey. Live Zoom workshops are available on a variety of topics. Online courses, resources and job aids are offered on demand in ConnectingU.
• The Talent Share Program provides a solution to campus staffing gaps by matching up college/department needs with available employees who’ve had a reduction in workload due to COVID-19.
• The Office of Equity and Inclusion’s social justice education initiatives have transitioned into a virtual environment and continue to be open to the UD community. OEI is also offering virtual fall workshops. Learn more and register.
• Human Resources is offering the Hen High Five, an addition to the Employee Recognition Program. The Hen High Five allows you to recognize co-workers, including individuals or teams, for their dedication. Learn more.
• Dependent Care Resources: Locating child and/or elder care for dependents can be challenging and time consuming. A list of community information has been compiled to assist you.
