


Issues with logins to Microsoft Office 365 and WinAD

One third of campus users experiencing problems
Approximately one-third of all University of Delaware users are experiencing issues logging into Microsoft Office 365 and/or having issues with Windows Active Directory (WinAD).
Those who use Microsoft Exchange for email may be impacted. In addition, those who use Google for email, but who also use OneDrive or any of the online versions of Office 365 apps, may also have login issues.
UD Information Technologies is currently investigating the issue and working on an enterprise solution. In the meantime, the following workaround may be attempted to rectify the issue.
If you are having issues logging into Microsoft Office 365 applications, log in to My UD Settings to resync your password with Microsoft. No further action is required and after a few minutes you will be able to log in normally to Microsoft Office 365 and WinAD applications.
