


Restaurant Rotation returns to Trabant Food Court

New innovative menus each week
This spring University of Delaware Dining Services announces a new lineup of restaurants, available at Topio’s, in the Trabant Food Court one week each month.
The concepts have innovative menus that deliver a one-of-a-kind pop-up culinary experience and showcase three signature recipes for guests to choose from.
Tavolino, the semester’s first restaurant, offers a twist on Italian comfort food for the week of Feb. 18. Traditional favorites like spaghetti pomodoro with rosemary chicken, ravioli in a spicy tomato cream sauce, rigatoni with braised pork and a asparagus, mushroom and farro Caesar salad are available and finished to order.
The schedule of restaurants for the remainder of the semester includes:
Omori: March 11-15
This ramen bar brings familiar flavors together with playful options and comforting offerings.
Chopsticks: April 15-19
Modern approach to classic stir-fry dishes allowing you to customize your food to match your flavor.
Fresh Ginger: May 6-10
Unique flavors of the Pacific, crafted with the freshest quality ingredients evoke the exciting and colorful taste of Southwest Asia.
These restaurants are available on the selected dates from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Topio’s will continue to serve its regular menu on weeks that don’t feature a Restaurant Rotation. Acceptable payment methods at the Trabant University Center Food Court include points, Flex, credit and cash.
