Restaurant Rotation returns

New restaurants rotate into Trabant Food Court

This fall University of Delaware Dining Services announces the return of Restaurant Rotation, available at Topio’s in the Trabant Food Court one week each month.

Restaurant Rotation features entirely new concepts with innovative menus that deliver a one-of-a-kind, pop-up culinary experience. Menus typically showcase three signature recipes for guests to choose from.

The schedule of Restaurant Rotation for the semester includes:

O-Mori: Sept. 10-14

The ultimate Japanese comfort food experience, offering pulled pork, curry chicken and mushroom miso ramen bowls.

Chopsticks: Oct. 8-12

A fresh twist on traditional Chinese stir fry, featuring a stingin’ honey chicken rice bowl, chili garlic beef noodle bowl or five spice sesame tofu salad bowl.

Mighty Bowl: Nov. 12-16

Carrot ginger, pumpkin curry and Mediterranean grain bowls are specially featured on the menu of this globally inspired eatery.

Social Toast: Dec. 3-7

Who doesn’t love brunch? Breakfast taken to a new level with indulgent menu offerings delivered throughout the day.

These restaurants are available on the selected dates from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. Topio’s will continue to serve its regular pizza menu on weeks that don’t feature a Restaurant Rotation. Acceptable payment methods at the Trabant University Center Food Court include points, Flex, credit and cash.
