After the Jan. 30 fire at the University of Delaware Maintenance Center, the University’s Maintenance and Operations (M&O) group continues to service the campus community, while the building is being repaired.

The lock shop is fully functional and continues to operate from the Maintenance Center. Other services based in the Maintenance Center are now operating from temporary locations. Replacement parts and supplies continue to be delivered while M&O continues to asses and restore full service capability.

Though the M&O group expects minimal service delays due to the fire, the campus community’s patience and understanding is greatly appreciated.
