The United Way employee fundraising campaign at the University of Delaware kicks off Monday, Oct. 30, and will run through Friday, Dec. 1.

The United Way of Delaware is the largest fundraising organization in the state, supporting more than 100 agencies with such key goals as helping children and youth achieve their potential, promoting financial stability and independence, and improving health.

Stay United with Us!  Individuals and groups make a difference in whatever way they wish to contribute their time and talent to the community. Here are just a few ways to help:

• Early Education Success - You can help provide academic support to ensure reading proficiency by third grade.
• College and Career Readiness - You can help our young adults acquire and develop positive, personal assets, career pathways and reliable employment.
• Financial Stability - You can help connect individuals and families to opportunities to secure economic stability and a roadmap for financial empowerment.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to get involved by donating their time toward volunteer opportunities or giving directly to UD’s fundraising efforts.
