Several departments across campus participate in Major Mania to help undeclared students decide which major to pursue. This annual event brings students information on how to declare a major and what they have to offer the students.

UD departments invited to submit Parents and Family Weekend events

The University of Delaware will hold Parents and Family Weekend from Oct. 7-9 and the website is now live.

All UD departments planning to host relevant events such as an open house, meet and greet, facility tour, etc., are invited to submit their event information via the event publication form by Sept. 30 to have event details published on the Parents and Family Weekend website.

A variety of events will be taking place, including:

Major Mania, featuring prizes and information on academic programs with University Studies and the Career Services Center, on Friday, Oct. 7, from 2:30-4 p.m. in the Multipurpose Room of Trabant University Center.
Comedy show with Wayne Brady, also on Friday at 8 p.m. in the Bob Carpenter Center.
Student Life Café, featuring coffee and conversations with Student Life staff, on Saturday, Oct. 8, from 9-10:30 a.m. on the patio at Perkins Student Center.
