The University of Delaware Board of Trustees unanimously voted to establish the Neil Book School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship within the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at its semiannual meeting on Monday, May 11.

Held between April 23 and 24 at the Chase Center on the Riverfront, the 2026 Limitless World Summit hosted by UD’s Horn Entrepreneurship welcomed students from 20 U.S. states and 13 countries to participate in a two-day convention featuring four keynote speeches from prominent business leaders, creativity and leadership workshops, challenges exercising problem solving skills and fun opportunities — from crafting, corn hole and a formal dance — to make new connections.

On March 5, high school students from across the Delaware Valley gathered at Clayton Hall at University of Delaware for the 2026 EntreX Delaware Venture Showcase. Representing schools from throughout the region, these aspiring entrepreneurs pitched their startup ideas to a panel of experienced judges for a chance to win $500 and earn a spot in Diamond Challenge finals at the prestigious 2026 Limitless World Summit.
