The global business major prepares you for an international career by exploring topics like emerging markets, global finance and international marketing. With a flexible curriculum, you can focus on language and culture or dive into a business specialty, like marketing, finance or analytics. You’ll also have the chance to study abroad for credit, gaining firsthand experience with how business works around the world. This major positions you to lead with a global perspective across industries, cultures and borders.

What’s special about this program?
You’ll start with international business foundations, then choose one of two tracks to shape your path. The global enterprise management track helps you build focused business expertise through a required concentration like finance, marketing or analytics. The international business studies track pairs business with a language and culture concentration, giving you deeper cross-cultural fluency.
Both tracks offer hands-on learning, career-focused coursework and the opportunity to study abroad for credit in countries around the world. Whether you're drawn to global strategy or international collaboration, this major helps you prepare for a career that crosses borders.
Students can also pursue an honors degree option for an additional academic challenge.
