Poster Abstract Submission

Submission deadline is Wednesday, October 8th, 5:00 pm.  

Guidelines

  • Abstracts should be focused on a cardiovascular health topic and submitted by 5 pm, Wednesday, October 8th, 2025.
  • By submitting an abstract, you are constituting a commitment to present.
  • Abstracts submitted may have been presented at other meetings.
  • Word count for abstract text must be 250 or less.
  • Authors submitting abstracts are responsible for ensuring that all co-authors have been notified.
  • An author may not present more than one abstract.
  • Printed posters should be landscape orientation and no larger than 36” X 48”.
  • Poster presentations to judges should last no more than 5 minutes.
