The Way We Work

The COVID-19 pandemic forced changes to our workplace. Many employees learned how to perform the functions of their job in a new way during a difficult time, meeting the challenges head-on. Given these experiences, the University of Delaware is embracing approaches that optimize people, time and space by leveraging flexible work arrangements. Doing so supports a variety of organizational goals including operational excellence, talent recruitment and retention, sustainability and employee wellbeing.
