Working At UD Ambassador Network

The Working At UD Ambassador Network is a group of faculty and staff who volunteer as peer-to-peer champions in their local units. Ambassadors are passionate about employee engagement and help build a culture of wellbeing at UD through advocacy and promotion of Working At UD initiatives across campus.
Working At UD Ambassadors will:
- Attend two ambassador meetings per year (Fall and Spring), or assign a delegate replacement
 - Promote #WorkingAtUD programs, events and initiatives to their colleagues using the resources provided in the monthly Ambassador Newsletter
 - Advocate for strategies that support positive engagement and wellbeing for their colleagues

The goals of the Working At UD Ambassador Network are to:
- Foster collaboration by connecting with the interests of faculty and staff and communicating relevant resources and services
 - Contribute to the ongoing growth of a thriving culture of engagement from a New Hen to a Blue Hen
