LearningEDGE will replace ConnectingU on March 30, and represents a major step forward in how we support professional development, compliance training, and continuous learning across our campus community.  Key features include:

  • Learning paths - Whether you’re onboarding, advancing in your role or exploring new skills, the platform curates learning experiences tailored to your role, responsibilities and professional goals.

  • Centralized content and resources – Learning materials: videos, documents, courses and modules can now live in one unified platform.

  • Compliance made simple – Staying compliant is essential, and the platform has automated workflows and reminders in addition to audit-ready tracking and reporting. 

  • Dashboards for both managers and learners – Intuitive dashboards will provide employees with greater visibility of their learning history.  In addition, managers gain team-level view to monitor progress and support employee development more effectively.

  • Advanced analytics – The platform provides powerful insights into learning progress, skill development, and training completion.  These analytics help improve programs to ensure we are building for the capabilities that our workforce needs.
