Mission
The Office of Disability Support Services is committed to providing equal access to all University educational programs, services and campus environments. The University of Delaware recognizes disability as an aspect of diversity that is an integral part of equity and inclusion.
Vision
Empower members of the UD community to develop and enhance self-advocacy skills so they can thrive at the University of Delaware and beyond.
Values
We work to remove access barriers to support equity in the educational environment through the provision of resources, supports, tools and auxiliary aids.
We commit to the interactive process to ensure the provision of reasonable accommodations.
We aim to foster a culture of teamwork and support with campus partners to advance the pursuit of equity and inclusion.
