What are Stellic KUDOs?
Kudos are a way to celebrate students and have the celebration transparently recorded on students’ Stellic profiles.
Use Stellic Kudos to positively acknowledge a student’s performance or situation, for example if a student successfully changes their major, performs well on a midterm exam, or secured an internship or job.
How to Submit Stellic Kudos
1. Login to Stellic and navigate to the student’s profile via the top right-hand search
2. Click on the “Notes” tab > “Create New Note” > “Start from scratch” > toggle Type from “General” to “Kudos”
3. Select the Reason from the drop-down. Options include On Track, Good Performance, Improved Performance, Other
4. Input your Kudos message for the student into the Notes textbox
Upon submitting the Stellic Kudos, the student will receive a notification with your submitted Kudos language. The Kudos will be visible on the student’s Stellic Profile for all individuals who are also supporting the student. For example, "Congradulations on being accepted in the Finance major!" or "Great job on your midterm!"
5. Click “Save”
