This room houses two residents. On each side of the room – from front to back – is a wardrobe with two doors and four drawers, a desk and chair, a small cabinet with three drawers is next to the desk and a twin XL bed with mattress. Along the back wall is a window with pull-down shade. The room additionally comes with a trash can and recycling bin.

This room houses three residents and is a corner room. Starting on the left are two desks with chairs and small cabinet with three drawers next to each desk. In the corner are two twin XL beds with mattresses that are bunked, and the third twin XL bed with mattress is in the next corner. After the bed is the third cabinet with three drawers, then desk and chair, and finally one wardrobe with two doors and four drawers. Along the last wall are two wardrobes with two doors and four drawers. There are two separate windows with pull-down shades.
