Political Science major Sabrina Finegold (‘26) spent spring 2025 studying in Florence, Italy. Sabrina visited cities in 12 countries during weekend excursions; a truly global experience!

"As I was traveling the world, I realized that the lessons I learned at UD gave me a unique perspective on how I explored each country.

I found myself prepared to ask questions and think analytically about government and how government had affected each city I traveled to.

I wanted to learn about the history behind each country, which comes from my professors at UD, who taught me to ask questions and learn.

This experience not only allowed me to put my education to use in real-world scenarios but also gave me independence and perspective that I would not have had otherwise."
