Research Interests/Biography
I trained as a biochemist studying membrane receptor signaling. I found my passion in teaching and learning with undergraduate students and implementing discipline-based best practices. I am currently branching into education and teaching as research, where I am interested in studying student metacognition and the effects of technology on student development and academic success.
