St. George's University Pathway Program
In the 4+4 Pathway Program, students will begin their studies at UD and after successfully completing the four-year Pre-Medical curriculum at UD, having met all prerequisite coursework for entry into St. George's University School of Medicine and meeting the requirements for promotion, qualified students who meet the standards of admission at SGU will proceed to Grenada and enter the first year of SGU’s School of Medicine. Students who do not meet the University’s English proficiency requirements but are conditionally admitted to UD, will enroll in the Academic Transitions Program at the ELI before beginning their studies at UD.
Academic Transitions
A pathway program for students who have been conditionally admitted to a bachelor’s degree program at the University of Delaware. ELI students meet UD admission requirements by taking full-time university courses while improving their Academic English skills.
