Gregory Babowal
Biography
Mr. Babowal is employed as a Commissioner with the State of Delaware Court of Common Pleas in Kent County. Prior to his time on the bench, he was employed as a Deputy Attorney General with the Delaware Department of Justice for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the University of Delaware (Class of ’94) and Widener University School of Law. In addition to the University of Delaware, Mr. Babowal is also an adjunct at Wilmington University, Delaware State University and Delaware Technical Community College.
