Build transferable skills, leadership, and educational competencies with a senior thesis
University of Delaware seniors work closely with a Department of Philosophy faculty member on an original research project.
Advance planning is crucial. You need a thesis proposal, a thesis director, and a second reader in place by spring of your junior year. It is not crazy to be thinking about what you might work on / who you might work with in your sophomore year, and you should be honing your ideas with a potential advisor by fall of your junior year.
