PROJECT SYNOPSIS
At the request of the Riverfront Development Corporation, the Institute for Public Administration conducted an economic and fiscal impact study of the redevelopment of the Wilmington Riverfront. This study builds on previous studies conducted by the University of Delaware in 2023, 2018, and 2012.
