Welcome to the Future Ready Classroom Initiative

Classroom infrastructure and teaching methods have evolved significantly from the days of chalkboards and wooden desks. To keep pace, we are creating a series of classroom testbeds to evaluate emerging pedagogical technologies and practices.

Historically, infrastructure choices were made with little testing or input from the University community to determine if the solutions were optimal for instruction. This project changes that approach by actively combining faculty and student input with industry best practices. Our goal is to iterate improved designs and develop a clear, campus-wide classroom design philosophy that emphasizes quality of instruction, ease of use, reliability, and affordable implementation.

Stay Up To Date

This project depends on faculty and student input to succeed. If you're interested in learning about what we're doing and being the first to know about feedback opportunities, please sign up for our contact list using your UD email.
