Biography

Jennifer Leister Reitz is a Policy Scientist and Certified Land Use Planner at the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) in the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration. Jen is a member of IPA’s Regional Development and Planning team, where her work focuses on community planning. Jen leads IPA’s Technical Assistance to Brownfields (TAB) program, a partnership with West Virginia University, for EPA Region 3.
