Meet the Museum Studies and Public Engagement team
The faculty, staff and community partners of the Museum Studies and Public Engagement Program at the University of Delaware share a commitment to advancing museum studies and the broader field of public humanities. They uphold the ethic of service—to our students, to the communities we engage, and to the institutions we support. Through a collaborative approach, they honor the program’s long-standing traditions while actively shaping its future. Faculty and staff work closely with one another and with community partners to develop innovative courses, establish curriculum standards that meet evolving professional needs, and create meaningful internship opportunities that connect classroom learning to real-world experience. Their dedication ensures that our students not only gain practical skills but also a deep understanding of the responsibilities and possibilities of cultural stewardship. Together, we are preparing the next generation of graduates to serve and lead arts and culture organizations in Delaware, across the nation, and around the globe.
