We provide evidence-based, compassionate and culturally responsive therapy designed to help people of all ages live healthier and more fulfilling lives. Whether you are coping with depression, anxiety, trauma, obsessive-compulsive symptoms or behavioral challenges in children, our team is here to support you with treatments that work.

Psycho-educational evaluation
We provide comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and psychoeducational assessments that help clients and families better understand strengths, challenges and next steps for support. Our assessments — for children and adults — not only clarify diagnoses but also guide personalized treatment recommendations and educational planning.
In-person services available for clients in Newark and surrounding areas.
Telehealth services available for Delaware and Pennsylvania residents.

- The initial intake session is free for all services.
- The cost of therapy services ranges from $18 to $150 per session.
- The cost of assessment services ranges from $225 to $1,750 per session.
Payment is due prior to each session. We accept credit cards and online checks.
While we do not bill insurance directly, we provide documentation if you wish to submit a claim. Please note some insurance providers may not reimburse services for clinicians in training.
