UD Information Technologies (UDIT) invites the University community to join an upcoming Proofpoint Open Forum hosted by Amad Sheikh, UD's Chief Information Security Officer.

These informal sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions, learn more about Proofpoint's features, share feedback, and explore security best practices directly with UDIT's Information Security team.

What can I ask about?

The Open Forums are a chance to get answers to questions about using Proofpoint and how it helps protect University email. Topics may include:

• Quarantine digests: Learn how to review messages that have been held for review.

• Email warning banners: Understand what the warnings on some messages mean.

• Phishing protection: Learn how Proofpoint helps protect the University from phishing and other email threats.

• Proofpoint features: Ask questions about how the system works and how to use its tools.

• Feedback: Share your experience and feedback as UDIT continues to fine-tune the system.
