The screening also will be offered at the same time and place on Wednesday, March 30.

The screening takes 15 minutes and measurements include blood pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, blood sugar (glucose) and body mass index (BMI).

Register for a health screening appointment today by visiting the DelaWELL health portal. After logging in, click on “Appointment Registration” located on the left side of the screen under “Health Screenings.”

Each participant will receive an informational brochure with personal health values and meet with an onsite counselor to discuss the results. Knowing screening numbers can help employees take action to reduce their risk of developing serious health problems like heart disease, diabetes and other chronic illnesses.
