8:50 a.m., Aug. 6, 2010----Vita Nova, the student-run restaurant in the Trabant University Center, is accepting reservations for the fall semester.
Vita Nova will reopen for lunch on Tuesday, Sept. 7, and for dinner on Wednesday, Sept. 8.
Located on the second floor of the Trabant University Center, Vita Nova offers a buffet lunch Monday through Friday starting at 11:30 a.m. Dinner is served Wednesday through Friday starting at 5:30 p.m.
The Darden Bistro will also be open Wednesday through Friday for “light fare” food and beverage offerings beginning Wednesday, Sept. 8, at 5:30 p.m.

No reservations are needed for the Darden Bistro.
