1:51 p.m., July 10, 2009----The University of Delaware Office of Alumni Relations is seeking nominees for the Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement.
The Presidential Citation honors UD graduates of the last 20 years who exhibit great promise in their professional careers or in public service activities. Nominees should be making significant contributions as demonstrated through tangible results, innovations, promotions, and company or community recognition.
The 2009 Presidential Citation for Outstanding Achievement recipients will be honored the Friday of Homecoming Weekend, Oct. 30.
Nomination forms can be downloaded from the Presidential Citation Web site, and also are available by contacting the Office of Alumni Relations at [alumnet@udel.edu] or by calling (302) 831-2341. Current resume, curriculum vitae, and newspaper and magazine clippings about the nominee should be included with the nomination form. The deadline for nominations is Aug. 1.
