Analtech has been a donor of supplies annually to a Clinical Physiological Chemistry course taught by Karen Brinker, instructor of medical technology, in which UD students are training to become certified medical technologists.

The company's donations make it possible for students to conduct a thin layer chromatography laboratory, which is used for drug testing.

Brinker has been instructing various forms of this laboratory since 1992 with the goal of ensuring that students are exposed to these techniques before encountering them in real world situations.

Analtech contacted Brinker for permission to film the students at work and the footage is posted on the company's blog and Web site.

The video highlights the students in action using the provided materials and is subtitled due to the background noise as a result of the technical process.
