3:47 p.m., Nov. 12, 2008----In conjunction with International Education Week at UD, which takes place from Nov. 14-23, residence hall dining facilities, the Blue & Gold Club, The Scrounge in the Perkins Student Center, the Food Court in the Trabant University Center and other dining facilities across campus are serving up special internationally themed meals and ethnic dishes for lunch and dinner. Following are some highlights of the week.

On Monday, Nov. 17, during lunch, The Scrounge and the Blue & Gold Club will feature a sampling of Asian cuisines.

During dinner, Kent dining hall will serve an Australian bobby dazzler for dinner.

On Tuesday, Nov. 18, during lunch, the Blue & Gold Club and Rodney dining hall will feature street foods of Greece and Mediterranean food, while The Scrounge will feature a sampling of Russian cuisine.

During dinner, Pencader will feature the sizzling flavors of South America.

On Wednesday, Nov. 19, during lunch, Kent dining hall will feature le petit patisserie, a sampling of French cuisine, while The Scrounge will feature a sampling of Spanish cuisine and the Blue & Gold club will feature a sampling of Indian cuisine.

During dinner, Russell dining hall will feature Casablanca-Moroccan cuisine.

On Thursday, Nov. 20, during lunch, Pencader dining hall will feature Spanish tapas, a sampling of Spanish tapas cuisine, The Scrounge will feature a sampling of Italian cuisine and the Blue & Gold Club will feature the sizzling flavors of Latin America.

During dinner, Rodney dining hall will feature a sampling of classic Asian cuisine.

On Friday, Nov. 21, during lunch, Russell dining hall will feature the exotic taste of India, a sampling of Indian cuisine, The Scrounge will feature Café Spice, a sampling of Indian cuisine, and the Blue & Gold Club will feature a sampling of Australian cuisine.
