The schedule is as follows:

Feb. 25 - Were the World Mine (2008). Called one of the finest movies of that year, Were the World Mine was the winner of 11 jury awards and 10 audience awards in 75 international film festivals. The film ended the Philadelphia Gay-Lesbian Film Festival. The screening is sponsored by the University Senate CAPE Committee.

March 11 - The Art of Being Straight (2008). This film is a sexy, comedic drama about two college friends questioning their careers and their sexuality in Los Angeles. The film was shown during the Newark Film Festival last fall. Amy Wasserman, co-producer of the film, will be on hand for a question and answer session following the screening. It is possible that writer, director and actor Jesse Rosen will join her. The screening is sponsored by the University Senate CAPE Committee.

April 15 - Mulligans (2008). The winner of multiple audience and jury awards at film festivals, Mulligans is described as sweet, smart and funny. It is more than a poignant family drama and more than a coming out movie.

April 22 - black./womyn (2008). This film is a documentary about lesbian women of African descent, and was shown during the Philadelphia Gay-Lesbian Film Festival. The director, Tiona.m, who lives in Philadelphia, will be on hand for a question and answer session. The screening is sponsored by the Office of Affirmative Action and Multicultural Programs.
