The housing sign-up process for returning students is rapidly approaching! Apply between February 15 and March 15 for guaranteed assignment for 2012-2013.

The residence halls at the University of Delaware are home to a diverse, inclusive community of over 7,200 freshman, transfer, and upperclass students. Your residence hall will be more than just a place to store your things and go to sleep. You will have the opportunity to become part of a close-knit community and form connections that last a lifetime.

Students are housed in traditional single and double rooms, suites, or apartments. We offer residence halls that are co-ed by floor, co-ed by wing, or co-ed by alternating room, as well as one female only hall. Please be sure to report mobile phone problems to your carrier. June 1 was the binding date for the Student Housing Agreement. Students with housing applications on file as of May 31 are obligated to live on campus for the 2011-2012 academic year and pay the associated housing and dining charges.
