Information Regarding Cancellations: Student Housing Agreements are binding through the academic year for undergraduate students or July 31 for Graduate Student and Family Housing. For details click on the links above. Be certain you have a written release from Housing Assignment Services before you sign another lease. You will not be released from your Student Housing Agreement because you fail to sign in or occupy a space for fall or spring semester.
