Linda Carey is the Director of Housing Assignment Services. Linda handles Occupancy Management, Policy Exceptions, and Coordination and Planning with the Office of Student Life and other University of Delaware departments.
Karen Demonte is the Associate Director. Karen oversees the Housing Administration System, Room Assignments, Electronic Check-In, Residence Life Hall Director Training, Special Needs Students, Extended Housing, Billing, and Data Requests.
Martha Bailey is the Records Analyst. Martha's primary responsibilities include Graduate Student & Family Housing, Sorority Houses, Billing, Forfeitures, and Refunds.
Jolene Moores is the Assignment Advisor. Jolene handles Room Changes, Vacancies, Special Needs Students, Transfer Students, Winter Session Housing, Theme Housing Options, and Study Abroad Students.
Ruthie Riale is the Assignment Assistant. Ruthie deals with Requests for Release, Cancellations, Withdrawals, the Academic Year Student Housing Agreement, and assists with room assignments.
Lauren Martin is the Communications Coordinator. Lauren is responsible for Marketing, Publications, and routine website maintenance. Please direct any website concerns to lmartin@udel.edu.
Jessica Matson is the Customer Service Representative. Jessica handles General Questions and Off-Campus Housing.
