UDIT STRATEGIC PLAN

The University of Delaware’s IT Strategic Plan (2019-2024) provided a multi-year roadmap to modernize and strengthen technology in support of the University’s academic and operational goals. Guided by four core priorities — advancing research and scholarship, enhancing student learning and success, achieving administrative excellence, and optimizing IT services — the plan advanced high-performance computing, improved learning spaces, modernized core systems, and emphasized secure, reliable, user-focused services. Looking ahead, the upcoming strategic plan will continue this important work, building on our progress and focusing on making UDIT even more effective in supporting the University community.

IT Governance

Building on our existing governance framework, the updated proposal will emphasize transparency, collaboration, and accountability while supporting innovation and reliable IT services.
