A statewide housing survey in Delaware has revealed broad public support for policy action to address the state's housing shortage, affordability challenges, and homelessness. The survey, conducted by the Delaware State Housing Authority and the University of Delaware's Center for Applied Demography & Survey Research, found that 73% of respondents believe their communities have not invested enough in affordable housing.
