Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware prepares students with the knowledge, skills and values necessary to engage in research and public service activities to improve the quality of life in communities around the world.
REMEMBERING JEROME LEWIS: 1939-2025
For over 50 years, Jerome Lewis, founding director of the Institute for Public Administration, helped build UD’s nationally recognized public affairs programs in the Biden School and advanced public service across Delaware.
