HONORS B.S. DEGREE: CHEMISTRY OR BIOCHEMISTRY

College of Arts and Science

The recipient must complete:  
  1. All requirements for the B.S. in Chemistry or Biochemistry
  2. All of the University's generic requirements for the Honors Degree

    (Note: Courses at the 600-level or higher in chemistry in excess of the 600-level courses required for the B.S. degree may be considered as Honors courses. Only one 3 or 4 credit required course in a related technical area may be considered as part of the twelve credits described in section II.& B. 1. of the University's )

  3. The additional requirement:
    A grade point index of at least 3.30 in chemistry courses at the time of graduation.
